Randy Small joined the school bus industry in 1987 as a school bus driver and as a mechanic.  Throughout the years he worked his way into various management positions.  In 1999 he decided to start his own company and named it Randy Small Transportation.

 We are located in Historic Lexington Missouri, which is forty-five miles East of Kansas City.  In the summer of 2005 RST bought Hill Transportation bringing the combined companies to over fifty school districts and over 400 buses.

 Although we have experienced rapid growth throughout the state we will never forget what has helped us achieve the success we have sustained the last few years.  We strive to please each and every client; and make sure that all their needs are fulfilled to the best of our ability.
